If home trial is free, why do you need payment details?
We only ask for credit card details to ensure that we don't get any freebie seekers who are just trying to score a pillow. Rest assured that it is free and we will never charge you unless you decide to keep it, or not return. We will notify you prior to charging your account.
Can I still return my at-home trial after 30 days?
You can only return the pillow within the 30-day trial period. Beyond 30 days, we recommend you to activate your lifetime warranty. If in any case you had any issue with our products, feel free to send us an email via help@comfycentre.com.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
How much are the shipping costs?
Free shipping in the Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Returns are free both for the warranty and free pillow trial.

When can I expect my order?
All our pillows are in our delivery warehouse in the Netherlands, Germany, and United Kingdom, which gives us an extra advantage in dispatching them as fast as possible. While we do a quick 24-hour dispatch, the final delivery depends on the couriers. Your pillow will be at your doorstep within 1-2 days.
Can I track my order?
Upon ordering, you will receive an email from help@comfycentre.com containing your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received anything.
Can I choose a different address?
Yes, no problem. You may even send it as a gift.
My package arrived damaged and incomplete. What now?
Despite the fact that we deliver all packages with tons of care, it is possible that your package gets damaged on the way.

What are your payment options?
You can pay for your order safely with iDEAL, PayPal, Klarna, Credit Card, or Bancontact.
Can I receive an invoice?
You will receive an invoice via email from help@comfycentre.com. Please check your Spam folder if you ever haven’t received the invoice.
How do I return a product?
You can return your product within 30 days after purchase. Please go to our return policy page to download your return shipment label. Please make sure to send an e-mail to info@comfycentre.com with your order-id so we know your shipment is coming.
Do I have to cover the shipping fee for returns?
We cover the shipping fee for returns.
What are the conditions?
The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase without any damage. Our quality control department will check this.
When will I get my refund?
We do our best to send you a refund as quickly as possibly, usually in about 3-4 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.


For free pillow trials, we will never charge your credit card if you return it before the end of your trial.
