This pillow has arrived quickly! It forces me to sit up straight ALL THE TIME. Extremely comfortable for someone like me who works in front of computer all the time. The price is absolutely reasonable. If you have a severe back pain and/or back problem, this pillow will help to relieve it in so many fashions. Highly recommended!

I purchased this in preparation for a long road trip because long drives in the car were starting to bother my lower back. After driving with this 24 hours, I can say that while there's no solution to feeling achy after driving for that long, this is definitely a significant help.

It's very comfortable. It takes a bit to get used to, but once you're settled in, you can't really notice it. Very easy to install. Hasn't lost its shape.

Would certainly recommend it for anyone who sits for a long period of time and has noticed lower back pain creeping in!
